The Longère of Astérius – Relaxing Stay in an Eco-Friendly Holiday Home in Saint-Astier

Entirely built with ecological materials, this contemporary and minimalist holiday home is designed to offer you a peaceful retreat. Located in a very quiet wooded environment, the chosen home of Astérius, the hermit founder of the town, it is the ideal setting for you to recharge.



The spacious and bright living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area that open directly onto the wooden terrace and the surrounding nature, with complete privacy. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds (80 cm) with thick futons on tatami mats. An additional sleeping area is available on the mezzanine.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on site. Kindly contact me in advance if you wish to use this service.



The bathroom includes an outdoor shower with a toilet, and there are also outdoor dry toilets available. To enhance your wellness stay, you can opt for on-site meditation sessions, osteopathy treatments, or a sauna, available for an extra fee.



Saint-Astier, located in Dordogne, is a charming small town offering a variety of activities and attractions for you as visitors.
