- Bedroom 5: 20 m² room with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed with en-suite shower room with shower, WC and TV

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-André, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Beaches 10km away with all water sports facilities
- Cycling from the cycle path in the village to the sea or Le Boulou.
- Hiking from the village and surrounding villages in the Albères massif.
- Village on the Route Romane with its Romanesque church.
- Visit the Romanesque art in all the neighbouring villages (church cloister ....)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, 31 minutes by car.
