Totally independent, The Case Floria is equipped with every comfort (TV, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, induction cooker, coffee maker, iron ...), allowing you to spend a stay enjoyable with family or friends.

It has a bedroom, a mezzanine, an open kitchen, a walk-in shower and a veranda overlooking the garden.

The Cambuston district is on the border of two towns, Saint-André (connecting city) and Sainte-Suzanne.
This location gives it the great advantage of being close to several supermarkets, colleges, high schools and other public place.

You can access the motorway within 10 minutes. So you can easily get to the beach or the mountains, practice various activities (hiking in the forest, the Piton de la Fournaise volcano or the Piton des Neiges, kayaking, rafting, canyoning ...).
You can also walk and discover the Colossus of the Park, the Temple of the Colossus or Petit Bazaar, home Valliamé, the sugar factory Bois Rouge among others.
