We rent our house in Capbreton / Hossegor.

In a quiet and green area (the so-called “writers” district), the house is very sunny (west facing). Very well located, you can do everything on foot or by bike. For example, you are 8 minutes' walk from the golf course, the lake and the center of Hossegor with its covered market and tapas, 10 minutes by bicycle from the beaches (on secure cycle paths with no elevation).

The house can be rented in two ways:
- either in a 4-bedroom version (for a total of 10 beds), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. These are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed on the mezzanine and 2 single beds at the bottom of the mezzanine.
- either in a 14-bed version (+300 to 500 euros compared to the price indicated), by giving access to 2 additional bedrooms, + a 3rd bathroom, + a 2nd independent kitchen

Refurbished in 2019, fully equipped (American fridge, dishwasher, nespresso, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer ...) + outdoor equipment (ping pong table, weber barbecue, deckchairs, magazines, board games ,…).

Wifi, TV connected to the internet, mini stereo, bikes available.

2 garden tables to differentiate adults / children if necessary.

1 table in the sun and 1 table in the shade for lunch (if too hot for lunch).

We can provide the sheets (package +15 euros per person, or global package 100 euros).

End of stay cleaning is organized (+ 120 euros).
