Primary suite (queen bed) with private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: double bed + bunk beds. Bedroom 3: queen bed.
Second full bathroom, TV lounge with games console,
washer and dryer.

OUTSIDE
Deck with furniture and BBQ, outdoor fire pit, bikes
available. Parking for several vehicles.

The chalet is new, in a recently developed area: the
surrounding woods are untouched, but the landscaping on
the lot is still young. No light pollution — the night sky
is spectacular.

NEARBY
Lake and beach (5 min), Forêt Ouareau (20 min),
Chute-à-Bull (25 min), Ski Montcalm (25 min),
Spa La Source (30 min). Snowmobiling, ATV, snowshoeing,
kayaking, microbreweries and sugar shacks.

You have the whole chalet to yourselves: both floors, the
deck, the BBQ, the outdoor fire pit and the bikes.

Private driveway with parking for several vehicles,
including a snowmobile or ATV trailer.

The lot is private and lined with trees. The nearest
neighbours are set back, with no direct sightlines.

We'll give you plenty of space to enjoy the chalet, but
we're always reachable if you need anything.

New chalet in a developing area — landscaping around the
lot is still in progress.

A car is essential: no shops or transit within walking
distance. Grocery and convenience store 10 min away.
