"Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim.
First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you!
Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

"Perfect location, friendly host! Mostly I have no complaints. However, there was an evident lack of cleanliness in some areas. For example, other people’s hair on the bathroom floor upon check in. Dirty pot in the cabinet. Things like that. I went ahead and wiped everything down anyway. But I feel there should’ve been someone that “deep” cleans the property before the next guest arrives. "This was a very clean and well kept rental. They had everything you need. We went for a weekend winter getaway and it was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend it for a couple or a young family. The loft area was a perfect place for kids to hang out and play."
