There are no frills but the layout of the house was perfect for 2 families and it is spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful during our stay, and the "user's guide" to the property was the most comprehensive and useful that I've seen in over 20 years of holiday rentals.
