"Pillows are hard like rock.Dusty, Location great."

"We’ve been coming here for years, they do a great job keeping up with the property and as of October 2026 they are “refreshing the rooms” (new carpets , furniture , fixtures) unfortunately this time, our room wasn’t ready until 6pm, finally when pressed what the hold up was, they needed to stock paper products in the room, not an excuse for holding up my check in for two hours, one of the bartenders at reflections bar seemed like she was on something (pills) overall the quality of service and...

Adoramos e voltaremos!"

"Hotel antigo. Fomos maltratados no check in. O quarto não comporta 5 pessoas. Camas pequenas."

"Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. After a long international flight, I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM, exhausted, only to be told that despite having fully prepaid my reservation months in advance, there was no room available and no place for me to sleep.

Qdo fizemos a reserva,...

"Truly a great stay"

"We had an outstanding two\-night stay at White Elephant Palm Beach with our family of four, including our two teenagers\. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome\. The service was exceptional throughout our stay\. We would especially like to thank Junior, who is Brazilian, Karenand Damion for their kindness and professionalism, although it would be unfair not to recognize the entire team, as everyone was truly wonderful\. The...
