"WHERE TO START?!! I’M NOT KIDDING If you are planning a trip to the Frankenmuth or Birch Run area, you need to book your stay here. If I could give our host, Ryan, and his property, ten stars instead of five, I would without hesitation! There were so many extra touches that were in Ryan’s rental including, but certainly not limited to, bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, laundry soap/dryer sheets, q-tips/cotton pads, creamers/sugar packets for the Keurig coffee...

"The grass was a little long so my little didn’t want to go in grass because she is short. Other than that it was great."

"Beautiful, spacious property and home. Lots of sleeping arrangement options. Large kitchen, great for family cooking and conversation. If you are an animal lover, this is the place to be. We were welcomed in by a group of turkeys who visited frequently all weekend. Sally the goat was a constant friend as well. We also had a pony friend that came by the house from time to time. Lots of goats, horses, and cats to make friends with as well. We didn’t catch any fish, but had fun trying. Also enjoyed...

"The ResidenZ at Bavarian Inn was a perfect place for my siblings and me to have a mini family reunion. Check-in was a breeze. There were 11 of us, all adults, and we found the home to be comfortable, spacious and met all our needs. We were there for 4 nights and had most of our meals at the residence.
