"Very nice and modern hotel in the centre of Newcastle with everything on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place was spotless. The breakfast option was tasty and plentiful and the dining area was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have Worcestershire sauce as an option, it would have made all the difference!

"We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.
Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...
"A great hotel at a great price. A couple of bugbears, there weren't enough plugs in reach of the bed. The AC wasn't great and if had been properly sweltering I think it would have struggled. "

We Liked how they are promoting local small businesses with the mugs in room and other items for sale in the lobby area. Staff are friendly and professional.
