The property and room were clean and staff was nice while checking in. Breakfast was basic, but okay (cereal, small muffins, bread to make toast, mini bagels, oatmeal packets, milk, orange juice/apple juice).
However, if they try to put you in room 109, I recommend you tell them no. It is kinda back in its own little hallway in the very corner of the complex. This initially seemed like a good thing since we were going to be there for 4 nights, but by the next morning it ended up being terrible. The next room over (what would’ve been room 110) seems to be a storage room for housekeeping supplies. Every morning from approximately 7:30-11:30 there was constant slamming of this door and the sound of laundry/cleaning carts being taken in and out of this room. Housekeeping staff also stands in this small hallway and has loud, personal conversations (got to listen to how one of the housekeepers is a “pothead” and the other’s parents fought over the dad smoking weed in the past). I had to step out and say something about this twice as we kept being woken up.
The hot tub was closed for maintenance when we were here, but you could tell that the pool was heated because of the steam coming off it in the morning, although we didn’t swim.
Overall, a decent stay, but improvements could definitely be made.
