"The kids loved the stairs! The adults enjoyed all the comforts and everything is up to date. Really enjoyed visiting on the 2nd level patio. Everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend for short or long stays. Lots of room. Host was very helpful!"

"The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again"

"Great property to meet our children and granddaughters for Christmas. Having the 2 living areas was so nice. Great kitchen to cook while others play games at the large table. It was a great place to be comfortable with plenty of room to relax. All Bedding/pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean and welcoming!"

"We had 3 families with several kids and it was a wonderful stay. The kids loved hanging out downstairs with the air hockey table and spent a lot of time playing in the yard. We all had our own space and enjoyed walking down to the lake each day. The kids were sad to leave but we all enjoyed the house."

"The host was very respectful and very good at communicating and seemed to be very friendly, the only issue that I had was the AC. It worked well during the night time, but during the day the home temperature would get up to 80° even with it on. But other then that, I enjoyed the stay and had a good time."
