The place was in a great location that was close to Times Square and Central Park. The property manager was very responsive and made the entire experience very easy. "Me and my sister came for my niece who cheered for spirit of America in the Macys day parade. Our stay was in a perfect location for viewing the parade and the staff was so amazing, they took care of all our needs. Great area and immaculately clean. We had the best time of our lives. "

"It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. The handle got super hot, so we needed to use a cloth to adjust it or turn it off. I alerted the property manager about it. There are a few run down spots on the floor which...
