Pets: Up to 2 (pet fee charged at booking). Must be potty-trained. No pets on furniture. Please pick up after your pet.

Electronics: Do not unplug anything; some devices operate the door lock.

Utilities: Turn off lights and AC/heater when leaving.

Damage: Report via the app immediately. Stain remover under the kitchen sink.

Lost Items: We cannot package and ship items left behind.
Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher (we`ll put them away).
Start a load of towels (we`ll switch them to the dryer).
