Inside, gather in the welcoming living room with a flat-screen TV, share meals at two dining tables that seat 6 and 4, or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, and a Keurig stocked with coffee pods. A cozy mini-library nook is perfect for quiet moments, while a dedicated workspace in one bedroom keeps things convenient for remote work.

Out back, the private yard becomes its own retreat with a bubbling hot tub, fire pit, swing, sun loungers, and a covered patio ideal for morning coffee or evenings under the stars. With free Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and warm touches throughout, The Fiddyment Roost blends relaxation, style, and convenience into a stay that feels truly memorable.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and the private backyard with hot tub, fire pit, and patio seating. The garage is not available and will remain locked, but the driveway provides convenient parking for up to 3 cars.

The neighborhood is walkable with sidewalks, perfect for a casual stroll or a visit to nearby parks. Parking is limited to the driveway, which can accommodate up to three vehicles.

• Pets are welcome (maximum of 2 under 40 lbs; an additional fee applies).
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or anywhere on the property.

Please note: A $1,000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties or smoking inside the unit, along with additional cleaning fees or charges for damages.
No Smoking or Drugs
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use of any kind are strictly prohibited inside or anywhere at the home. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and any other illegal substances.

Pets
• Pets are welcome with a maximum of two under 40 lbs. A fee of $100 per pet, per night applies, and all pets must be disclosed in advance of your stay. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges.

No Parties or Events
• Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted, including loud noise or music.

Furniture
• Guests are not allowed to move, rearrange, or remove any furniture from its original placement.

Reservation Dates
• Guests may not extend their stay beyond the reserved dates without prior approval.

Check-In Inspection
• Please inspect the property upon arrival and report any issues promptly. We take pride in maintaining a clean home, so notifying us of any missing, stained, or broken items is important.

Excessive Mess
• If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged in addition to the standard cleaning fee. Cleaners may also charge extra for excessive dirt, stains, or spills requiring specialized cleaning.

Late Check-Out
• Requests for late check-out must be made prior to the scheduled check-out time. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.

Penalties
• A $1,000 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized parties, smoking, or drug use inside the home, in addition to cleaning fees and costs for damages.
