The Cottage is a private open-plan studio with a bedroom nook, not a separate enclosed bedroom. It has a queen bed, a full kitchen and a living area. A walk-in closet is available. The living area includes a compact IKEA single sofa bed with chaise; bedding and pillows are provided. The kitchen has a single oven, a three-burner gas stovetop and a dishwasher. Espresso, drip and pour-over coffee makers are provided. A washer and dryer are available inside the Cottage, free for guests to use. A table with nearby power is available for laptop use, with high-speed gigabit internet, Wi-Fi 6 and an Ethernet connection. Adults only. Not suitable for children or infants. No crib is provided.

Entrance on the left side of the Main House, via the designated path and lighted entrance. Guests have private use of the Cottage. Sol is a permanent resident and is always on site. A separate Main House is located on the same property and is not included in your reservation. The garden is temporarily closed to guest access for planting season; please use the designated access paths. There is no guest parking in the driveway, garage or elsewhere on the property. Public street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions and is not guaranteed.

Check-in is at 3 pm and checkout is at 10 am. You will receive a 4 digit code for the digital smart locks before arrival; there are no physical keys. The garden is temporarily closed to guest access for planting season; please use the designated access paths. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Maximum 2 adults. Not suitable for children or infants. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am. No smoking or vaping indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted outside the front or rear door by the ashtrays. Place tied rubbish bags on your unit’s porch for pickup. No pets. Assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable platform policies. There is no guest driveway, garage or on-property parking. Public street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions and is not guaranteed. A Minut M3 in the entryway, outside sleeping areas, monitors sound levels, crowd risk, smoking, temperature and humidity without recording audio or video. A separate smoke and carbon monoxide alarm is installed in the sleeping area. Exterior cameras cover the front and side doorbells, driveway and backyard. There are no interior cameras.
