We are located in South Sacramento right next to I-5 and 99 freeway, close to downtown, all major hospitals, plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. River walk and access close by, beautiful park right up our street.

Be respectful

Checking in and out:
*Flexible check-in
*Self check-in with lockbox or keys on the table of your room.

During your stay:
*2 guests maximum( extra guest is
$25 per day after 2 days)
*Pets allowed

Quiet hours:
*10:00 PM - 10:00 AM
*No parties or events
*No commercial photography
*Smoking is allowed (Vapes indoor only)

Additional rules:
*Laundry room is shared. Days are flexible, but there are also set days of Su, W, Fri for Owner.
*There are items that are locked up and cannot nor should not be accessed by guest.
*Backyard can be accessed for guest and their guest if discussed in advance.
*Private side of Backyard (Garden view) is yours.
*Plenty of parking available.
