Guests have a door code that is the last 4 of their phone number so they can enter anytime after 4 pm. We live in town and are available if needed via message or phone. Message on the app is preferred as it is monitored 24/7.

When parking, we request that guests only park in the garage, driveway or in front of our home. We kindly ask that you refrain from parking in front of our neighbors' homes to maintain a harmonious environment within the community.

For the well-being of our beloved pets and the upkeep of our property, we kindly request that guests adhere to the following guidelines:

Please refrain from leaving pets unattended to ensure their safety and comfort during your stay.
Pets are not permitted on the furniture to help maintain cleanliness and preserve the condition of our furnishings.
We ask that guests promptly pick up after their pets both indoors and outdoors to keep the premises clean and enjoyable for all.

No parties or loud noise after 10:00 pm. We use Minut noise monitoring to ensure compliance.
Additional guests incur a $25 fee per person.

Check-out by 11:00 am; late checkouts incur a $100/hour penalty.
Please start the dishwasher, and laundry, and take out trash before leaving.
Only flush toilet paper. No wet wipes or feminine products in the toilet.
Smoking is permitted only in the backyard; $300 fine for smoking indoors.
Lost items cannot be shipped.
Candles are prohibited due to fire hazards.
Report any damages promptly.
Please conserve utilities.
Dispose of garbage properly.
Pets are allowed with $100 fee per pet; no more than two pets are allowed.
Pets must be potty trained and not allowed on furniture.
