It's a hidden gem that puts you within stumbling distance of the incredible Golden One Center and convention center. You'll be surrounded by hip coffee joints, mouthwatering eateries, and bars. Welcome to your urban adventure headquarters!

The Space:
Recently Remodeled | Free WiFi | In The Heart of Downtown Sacramento

Great for a small getaway with close-knit friends and family, this house's completely remodeled interior features, brand new bathroom, and a historic-yet-luxury feel that'll have you feeling right at home in Sacramento! You'll be in a private unit within a larger fourplex building.

This place is located on the tree line of Downtown Sacramento. The home was built in 1926 and has the original foyer staircase. Everything has be remodeled quite tastefully.

The unit is located on the second floor of a multifamily building.

Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed

INTERIOR: 1 Smart TV with all major streaming apps like Netflix & Hulu, open-concept living area, and large family-style dining table

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ granite counters, breakfast bar, Keurig coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, toaster, cooking basics, knife set

OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious backyard for plenty of activities

GENERAL: Linens/towels, central heat and AC, and complimentary toiletries

PARKING
Street parking - not a busy street so parking is readily available right outside the home. Be aware of street cleaning on Mondays and Tuesdays. Street cleaning signs apply to everyone. The home-side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM and the opposite side of the street has street cleaning on Monday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Guest Access:
Digital door locks are programed with unique access codes for every guest.

Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.

The Neighborhood:
Our charming neighborhood is walking distance to multiple coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Pickup an electric scooter or electric bike around the neighborhood and enjoy a ride around town. Ride through our state capitol, have a picnic at one of our 28 parks, or enjoy sunset ride back from dinner at one of our many award-winning restaurants.

Please note there is an abandoned building next door that is boarded up. Rest assured, this building is vacant and does not have homeless people living inside. The neighborhood is safe and the property is surrounded by cameras.

- 1.9 miles away from Sutter Health Park, new home of the Athletics

Other Things to Note:
PARKING: No parking permits will be provided so guests still do have to abide by street parking signs. The neighborhood is not often monitored by parking enforcement so guests never have trouble leaving their cars passed the 1 hour parking limit.

We do not accept pets.

Early check-ins are available per request for a small $85 fee! Ask for availability first!

Late check-outs will be charged an additional $85.

This was the second time my friend and I stayed here. We like this property because it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. But this time, when we arrived, the smoke alarm was beeping and saying ā€œlow batteryā€ once a minute.I sent a message to the property manager who told me he couldnā€™t come over and no one would be able to help until the morning. He suggested we stand on a table and try to turn off the alarm, which, insanely, we tried. But we couldnā€™t do it.After much back and forth via the app and text messages, almost two hours had gone by, and the property manager was still saying he couldnā€™t come over. The next time he texted, I was on the phone with VRBO, and I texted him back to say I was on the phone with VRBO. Next thing I know, he said heā€™d be over in 10 minutes.He did come and fix the alarm. He was nice, charming even, but this was not a great start to my birthday weekend. I didnā€™t have a way to reach the owner directly or I would have done that. I would love to see a partial refund for the aggravation and the loss of two hours of my vacation. The property is nice (except for the photo frames with nothing or the pictures they came with in them). The house next door was in a fire, but you canā€™t see it from inside the unit. There is an EV charging station around the corner, which I used. The first time we stayed here, we were quite pleased. We probably would have been this time, too, if it werenā€™t for the smoke alarm incident.

Communication with the property manager was super easy! We had the back and forth and I found the unit. So close to the convention center yet a nice escape from the hubbub of the downtown area. There were some kids staying in an adjacent unit that really enjoyed staying up late, but my back bedroom was far enough away to accommodate and allow me to get some sleep. Hope this is open next year, will definitely book again!

We were looking forward to our stay at this rental but were ultimately very disappointed. The property is located in an unsafe area, which was not disclosed in the listing. There was an abandoned/burned house next door, which made us feel uneasy. To make matters worse, the safety keypads were not functioning properly, and the front door did not have a deadbolt-basic security feature that should be standard in any rental. These issues made us feel uncomfortable and we left the home shortly after arriving. While the interior of the rental was as described, the lack of security and the surrounding environment were major concerns. In fact, the windows facing the abandoned ransacked home were covered in an obvious attempt to block out the view. We would not recommend this property, especially for families. Unfortunately, we left approximately two hours after we arrived and rented a room at the Hilton.

Having never stayed overnight in Sacramento before, we were a bit wary.Google showed the house next door to be abandoned (it is), there are a lot of stairs up to the front door (not that bad, actually), they keep the Garbage Cans in the "front yard" (not the issue we expected it to be), and the owner/manager kept assuring us that our car would be fine even-though the street is 1-hour parking all day long (he was right, enforcement never came by).The home was clean and comfortable, and a very nice place to stay.AND it was VERY close to everything we needed and wanted to do in Sacramento.The owner / manager was Very Responsive and helpful.

Check-in was very straightforward. Communication was on point and instructions were clear. The parking situation made us a little nervous but ended up being fine. Everything was clean, everything worked, and the furnishing was comfortable. I wouldn't recommend walking around too far at night, saw a pizza place a few blocks away and decided to walk at night.. That was a mistake! I didn't feel safe. Had no issues on our actual street though.

The VRBO was as listed, a clean, well maintained unit. The owner was very responsive, quick to respond and helpful. The location was located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of a wonderful Italian deli and several coffee shops.

We loved it! We were on a work trip and needed something that wasn't far away and could house two people with separate rooms. Everyrhing about the place was great. It was a nice pkace to rest and relaxr afyer long days on the feet. We loved the look of the place aa well as the amenties it provided. An old place with a new upgrade.

We attended a festival in Sacramento and wanted a place to crash that wasn't a hotel. This property was perfect. Quiet, clean, and convenient with the use of Lime Scooters always placed right outside our door.

We came to Sacramento for a concert at the Golden 1 stadium. The location was perfect and we were able to walk there. Itā€™s a cute neighborhood. The place had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy.

We had two adults and two teenagers who attended Sacanime. Having two bathrooms was especially helpful to avoid wait-time. The teenagers were able to get their makeup and cosplay done comfortably. We appreciate how clean the facility was kept before our arrival. The place is within walking distance to the convention center.
