You will have your own private 24-hour front door access with keypad and full and entire privacy during the stay. There is also a comfortable backyard with a huge BBQ & patio area and a crystal-clear POOL with salt water that is free to use 24/7!
The unit has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. You will fall in love with our extremely comfortable 2 king and 2 queen-size beds.
One bedroom features a little kitchenette with a small refrigerator and is complete with all the electrical appliances you need to feel comfortable, such as a teapot, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave.
The sofa bed in the living room unfolds to act as a sleeper. Extra sheets and blankets can be found inside the sofa. Please see pictures.

We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit, but we can adjust the temperature a bit per request. There is central AC for the
The whole house is controlled online by the host; it is set up for 71°F (21.5°C) for summertime and 69°F (20.5°C) for wintertime.
On the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use the ceiling fan.
If you get cold in the summertime, you can open windows.
There are three more units on the property with guests. Sometimes you can hear them through the walls. It's normal.
