The space
This property was originally two separate units (Unit A and Unit B) and has now been thoughtfully combined into one spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups or families traveling together.

Please note that the home still has two separate front entrances, one for each original unit. Inside the property, however, there is a connecting interior door that allows guests to move freely between both sides of the home. When booked together, the entire space is private and exclusively for your group.

This unique setup offers extra space, privacy, and flexibility — perfect for guests who want room to spread out while still staying connected.


Parking will be a breeze, as we offer ample space for your vehicles right on the property. No need to worry about finding street parking or paying extra fees.

Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout.

You'll have exclusive access of the entire unit during your stay.


Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.

Other things to note
Please note that we have a NoiseAware device inside the home to monitor noise levels. The NoiseAware device is not intended for recording, and please be assured that we cannot hear any audio from it.

We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION during your stay at our property:

• Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property.

• Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed.

• Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM.

• Please use the smart lock for self-check-in.

• Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances.

• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

• Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited.

• Personal mail deliveries are not allowed on the property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.

• Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings.

• The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed.

• Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it exceeds the limits of our plan.

• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.

NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.

• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.

• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue.

• FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras.

•Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.
