This was our second stay at this home with a family of 5. The location is perfect for those wanting a central quaint and quiet space. We caught the sunset on night on a levee walk and took a morning walk for coffee and croissants. The hosts are accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We will stay here again.

Amazing
This house is just perfect, in all ways. The location is amazing everything is 10-15 minutes or less. My 3 kids enjoyed the bunk beds and toys (didn’t know they had toys this was a plus) in the house and the backyard. The house itself is so cute with the older appliances yet updated modern feel I loved it. The two cons I would say they had was just the one tv and bathroom in the house. Other than that I would recommend and will be booking here again. Allá was always quick to respond to anything I asked and made sure we were taken care of.

Great Family Home in Land Park!
We loved our stay in the comfortable, clean and quiet home. Beds were comfy, there were extra blankets, and plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked for breakfast and coffee (we didn’t cook so we didn’t notice cooking supplies but there were plenty of good quality knives, plates, utensils). Neighborhood is quiet and clean, and there is a walking path just behind the house. Alla was helpful and welcoming! We will definitely be back!

Great place. Stove was super cool. I was pleased to find a unit that would allow me to smoke outside. Most simply ban smoking on property altogether.

Nice spot!
The house was perfect, the rooms nicely appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and we didn't feel like we were in each others way. The walk to Land Park was quick and we were also able to walk to Sprouts. I would definitely rent this house again for another trip to the Sacramento area.

Girls weekend
My two friends and I came in for a three day weekend. This house had everything we needed. The host was nice and very responsive. She checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again. It was very close to everywhere we needed to be.

Five days in Sacramento
Property was as advertised. The interior was immaculate and very organized. Property is locate close to main I 5 which made it easy to access all of Sacramento. Owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with I would suggest that the toilet seat be tightened as it slipped when sat on

Clean and convenient
Very cute house. Super clean with well stocked linens and comfortable beds. Convenient to airport and our family events in east sac. Neighborhood is sweet and we felt safe. Great communication with Mike. Thanks! We would stay here again!

Don't hesitate to book here!
My partner and family stayed here (5 total people) for a wedding and it was a 10/10 experience. Alla's home is the definition of charm and we couldn't stop admiring how well it was decorated. The location of the home is convenient and the neighborhood was quite charming. Alla was an amazing host and also set us up with a steamer when we requested it prior to arriving. The beds were comfortable and we felt well rested each day. I won't hesitate to book from Alla in the future if we need accommodations in Sacramento again!

Nice house, great location
We loved the vibe of the house. It was very relaxing. House was clean. Kids enjoyed the books and toys. Nice backyard. Loved being close to the park. Would stay here again.

Land park home
We booked this home because it was the most budget friendly option near who we were visiting and you get what you pay for. The home was safe and clean and quiet. Check in and out was easy. The mattresses and sheets are very nice but the pillows were lacking. The home itself has little amenities. We didn’t attempt to cook while there. The toys in the back yard were either damaged or had missing parts. Location was perfect for land park activities.

Sorry you didn’t find the home to be up to your standards. We take all feedback seriously and use it to better our home for future guests. We did reach out and ask if there was something you needed and you had said you were good. I would have been happy to come by and deal with some of the things you addressed. Like toys for example…or even switching out pillows. (There are packaged ones in the closet) As far as amenities-everything that we advertise is currently in the home. Also, we would love to know what exactly you mean so that we may better our home for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us. We pride ourselves with excellent hospitality and will use this not so glowing review to improve.

Great space and close to everything
The space is vintage/modern and good for a small family. It's close to attractions and less than a mile from freeway access. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. No barking dogs or loud traffic day or night. I would recommend this location for the comfort and warm sentiment of the home. Also, the rate is incredible considering the privacy and locale.

Beautiful home
My family and I enjoyed very much the stay at this gorgeous home. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was close to everything we needed. The home was very clean and quaint Definitely a place to come back to. The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved it!

Perfect Location, Close to Everything

Lovely House Great Location
Beautifully renovated mid-century modern house, perfect for our family of four. 15 minute walk to Vic's Ice Cream, right next to Land Park, and minutes drive to mid-town. Communication with Alla was effortless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have extended family in the area and will definitely look to stay again.
