this property was in excellent condition and in a great location. i would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend. i could not figure out how to contact the owners though and became a bit frustrated trying to get a hold of them.

Super nice, beds are comfortable, quiet, super great communication , area super nice and safe , and very easy to get to The Grounds (where R Volleyball was). Will be staying again with them again.

A gem of a property!
This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property - and it’s marvelous! Quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping and freeway. Sergey is a wonderful host and provides niceties I didn’t expect!

Home away from home
This property had everything I come to expect when staying at Sergey’s properties… simple yet essential items(shampoo/hair dryer/iron board and iron/coffee maker/coffee, etc) and the accommodations are inviting and so comfortable. It was truly my home away from home. And it was so easy to access the unit - check in instructions were easy to understand. I never felt unsafe as the exterior lighting was bright and the neighborhood is quiet. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Cozy stay
Cute cozy place to rest your body after a full day of events. The property manager was very easy to communicate with whatever my needs were. That was very much appreciated. I would book this place again and tell my friends about it.

Great property, Exceptionally Clean!
I had a near perfect stay at this property. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and attentive people, helpful to say the least. The property is immaculate. I am a person who goes above and beyond when it comes to cleaning and they do the above and beyond cleaning here. It can get a little chilly at night but there is a great space heater in the closet and that immediately resolved that issue. I strongly recommend this property to others and I’m sure I will be staying there again for my work in Northern California.

A dear week in deer suite
The location and dwelling are really perfect, checking in was easy. Unfortunately upon opening the door the was an undertone of foul odor in the place, which proved unidentifiable after my week stay but narrowed down to makeshift kitchen area. The beds were not king, as advertising suggests, and yes it IS attached to an ENTIRE HOUSE, but the house is divided into 3 different rentals, separated by your average bedroom door with a lock. My dwelling had 3 doorways that were marked employees only. This needs to be conveyed in the ad also. Despite these difficulties, I had a pleasant stay.

John booked the unit for 2 guests, but there was 3 guests without host approval. They left the unit in vert average condition. Messy, tons of garbage and dirty dishes in the sink. It was a huge activities by night that disturbed other guests. It's strange that these guests expected a king beds. We never advertised it as a king. "There is attached, budget style 2-bedroom, 400 sq/feet suite. Both bedrooms are absolutely equal size with its own separate keyed sliding doors entrance. Both are designed in forest theme, have a queen bed with comfortable brand-new mattress, wall mounted TV and convenient closet." So, no comments more about this review.
