Enjoy approximately 1,500 square feet of space, including the main house and a separate Game Room. This lovely 1955 home combines timeless charm with modern comfort. While it has some natural wear, it’s been meticulously maintained with thoughtful amenities throughout. The original kitchen and bathroom, along with the tile floors in the main areas and original floors in the bedrooms, add to its character. We keep everything in great shape and always address any issues promptly. With an inviting open layout and added perks like the pool and hot tub, it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your stay.

House Rules

✔We kindly ask that you follow these guidelines for a comfortable stay:

✔Please refrain from smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside, but we ask that you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
No excessive noise or loud music.
✔ Pets are welcome—please keep them off the beds and clean up outside.
✔ Supervise children around the gated pool and avoid glass in the pool area.

Please kindly:
✔ Clean up any pet waste
✔ Wash any dirty dishes or start the dishwasher
✔ Place towels in the garage hampers
✔ Turn off AC, lights, & lock the door

House Rules:

*No loud music/parties.
*Please put all cigarette butts in ashtrays.
*Please pick up all dogs poop.
*No smoking inside the house of any kinds(vape, cigarette, Marijuana...). There will be a $100 charge if you are smoking in the house!!.
*No pets on the beds or furniture. there will be a $50 assessed at time of cleaning.

*No glass in pool area.
*Owner of this pool accept no liability for any loss or injury.
