"I loved having the amm3nties like the porch n being adjacent to the lake. The boats available anytime for use. A fireplace, grills for use anytime. The room is had had a kitchen which made life easier. The place was immaculate. Im looking to go back again next year."

"I would not hesitate to stay here again. Our unit in the motel section was convenient to the picnic area/pool/playground. During times of the day it was noisy as the pool is enclosed and the noise of the children playing is amplified. The beds were a softer than we have at home, but still comfortable. The bathroom vanity and toilet are low to the ground, good for kids or shorter people, but I'm taller (and older) so it was a bit awkward. Our only other complaint is that the room has a pod...

"They called the morning of our stay and offered a free upgrade to a king suite. We declined bc there were 3 of us and we booked 2 queen beds. When we checked in they gave us a king suite/handicap room. When we asked they said “we overbooked. This is all we have” The room was also facing the highway/main road. "I was uncertain about booking a small motel that I had never heard of but The Admiral was perfect for my needs. It was quiet, clean and very close to the center part of town. It is a basic motel with a courteous staff, daily housekeeping and a clean pool. Its rate was very affordable and its proximity to restaurants, bars and beaches was excellent."

"It’s a Motel then a hotel. Not maintained, bathroom lock doesn’t work. Terrible breakfast. No gutter caps for tub or sink. And issues with refrigerator too. Shouldn’t advertise it as a hotel, it’s no good than an old roadside motel. Also bad toiletries."
