Rural Duplex in the Pyrenees - Garden and Parking

This charming duplex in the quiet village of Senegüé, which sleeps 4 people, is ideal for families or friends looking to relax. It features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a shared garden. It’s just 30 minutes from the Panticosa ski resort, making it perfect for both summer and winter getaways.

The duplex has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a small refrigerator, and air conditioning on the upper level. Common areas include the garden and parking. Guests enjoy Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and other modern amenities.

The unit is independent but is part of a rural house, so some facilities—such as the laundry room, dryer, and outdoor parking—are shared.

Layout:
-Ground floor: living room-kitchen and half-bath.
-Upper floor: double bedroom (with a double bed), bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom, accessible via a spiral staircase.

The accommodations are equipped with towels and a cleaning kit. Help is available if you need assistance.
Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left tidy; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
