The interior features a spacious living room centered around a cozy indoor fireplace, perfect for gathering together after a day at the Frio River. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator and coffee maker to handle large meals. Sleeping arrangements are spread across six private bedrooms configured with a mix of king, queen, and single beds to suit your group. The property includes six full bathrooms and one half bathroom for convenience. Outside, you will find a private swimming pool, a hot tub, and comfortable outdoor seating furniture, all set within the beautiful Texas Hill Country landscape. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, wireless internet, and laundry facilities with a washer and dryer.

Having a personal vehicle is essential for exploring the nearby Frio River, Garner State Park, and local golf courses.
