The living and dining area features a comfortable box-spring sofa bed and a modern fitted kitchen with an additional pantry. The main bedroom offers a cozy box-spring bed and breathtaking views of the majestic Kitzsteinhorn. A separate bathroom includes a shower and toilet, while an adjoining double room provides space for two people, with its own bathroom (shower/toilet) and a terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains.

Saalfelden Leogang, in the heart of Salzburg, is a natural paradise offering hiking, climbing, cycling, and swimming lakes in summer. In winter, guests enjoy quick access to renowned ski areas such as the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Hochkönig ski region – Ski amadé, and Zell am See-Kaprun. From May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of €0.50 per guest (aged 15+) will allow free use of all public transport in the Salzburg region. Guests are expected to respect house rules, and the host reserves the right to decline bookings from previous violators.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
