Located in Crestatx, 15 minutes by car from Puerto de Alcúdia, this property with private pool, terrace and barbecue welcomes 4 guests.



The small residential area of Crestatx is in the north of Mallorca, 3.5 km from Sa Pobla and 12 km from Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. In the town you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. A 10-20 minute drive away you can reach Pollença golf course, S'Albufera natural park and Hidropark Alcúdia. In summer, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the north such as Can Picafort and Playa de Formentor; while in low season you can enjoy cycling and hiking.



Before enjoying breakfast on the terrace, you can take a refreshing swim in the private chlorine pool measuring 3.5 x 7 meters. The house amenities include a fixed barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, an umbrella and a glazed porch for enjoying family meals. The porch has a cultural corner displaying photos and details of the Sant Antoni festival and demons, very popular in this region of Mallorca.



Inside, the decoration is rustic and warm. There is a living-dining room with satellite TV and WiFi, an open kitchen, including dishwasher and gas countertop, washing machine, iron, as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The house has air conditioning in the living-dining room and fans for the bedrooms. If you are traveling with a baby, we provide a crib. Dogs up to 8 kg are accepted.



It is a very simple and rustic house in a good location. Being in nature, there are bees, insects, birds and neighbors have cats that we ask you not to feed.



Things to note:



Penalty for leaving trash in the house or leaving it very dirty: from 80 Eur.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard card with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: as required by law, we must ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information is sent by email.



The 300 EUR deposit will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be refunded within 7 days after checkout.
