### Important Information – Tourist Tax (Ecotasa)



A mandatory tourist tax applies in the Balearic Islands to guests over the age of 16:



* **€0.55 per person per day:** from 1 November to 30 April.

* **€2.20 per person per day:** from 1 May to 31 October.

* From the **ninth night onwards**, the rate is reduced by 50%.

* The tax can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card.
