Welcome to this beautiful house in Sa Pobla.

From here, you'll find only 7.7 km of the Hermosa-Sanctuary beach, 12 kilometers long. Here you can escape mass tourism and find peace and relaxation.

The house has a living area of 140 m², is bright and tastefully furnished with modern furniture, and can accommodate 6 people. It has 2 floors and is equipped with 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 twin beds).

It has 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub) and a guest toilet.

The living room with a comfortable sofa invites you to relax. Here you will find a flat-screen TV (satellite/cable) and a CD player. Internet/Wi-Fi is of course available. The kitchen is fully equipped and even includes a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The house also has a garage where you can safely store your bicycles.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are handled via instant messaging outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not collect this tax; in this case, you will receive a separate message regarding payment.

- Electricity is included (3 kWh/day per person).

- A refundable security deposit is required.

- Up to two pets weighing up to 10 kg each are allowed; there is an additional charge of €60.00 per pet.
