Nestled in the traditional town of Sa Pobla, just 12km from Alcudia Beach, home to some of the islands most popular fiestas including the very popular jazz festival which has been held here for over two decades. In the heart of the quaint island village, you have supermarkets, pretty sidewalk cafes and restaurants with local specialties right on your doorstep and at the same time you can experience the bustling life of the Majorcan up close. Always a highlight are the weekly markets of the island. In Sa Pobla this always takes place on the town hall square around the corner. Here you can buy local specialties, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables for your holiday. The beautiful beaches of the north coast, such as Playa de Muro, are only a 10-minute drive away. The owners have tastefully reformed this fabulous town house to an excellent standard with a pleasant modern fresh feel to the whole house.The house offers 180 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 10 people. Upon entering the house, you will enter directly into the open and bright living area with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. From here we continue to the spacious kitchen with dining table and direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer and dishwasher. 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms guarantee a great night's sleep. 2 bedrooms have double beds and the 3 remaining bedrooms each have two single beds. All rooms have air conditioning, large and individually designed. The 4 modern bathrooms, 1 of which is a en suite, with shower complete the offer. Large patio doors lead to the exterior of the house. Here you can expect the beautiful pool to cool you down in the summer heat, numerous beach chairs invite you to sunbathe and get your tanning on. At the inviting dining table next to the pool you will enjoy countless nights relaxing in the evening after cooking you BBQ accompanied with cold drinks and family memories. A perfect choice for a family wanting to experience the local life, yet be just a short drive away from the beach and all the fabulous water sports there is to offer. Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
