"I flew here from the UK to spend my holidays with my family. First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff. Communication with the host who handed over our keys was excellent. She spoke fluent English, offered us an early check-in because of our circumstances, and was incredibly friendly and polite. We paid a 3,000 THB deposit, and she was very transparent about the process, even encouraging us to take photos for our own records and returned the whole deposit at the end of the...

"I honestly wish we had stayed a few extra nights… our bungalow was perfect for our family, the hosts were so kind and helpful with rides, and the breakfast was delicious. Beds are comfortable and the pool refreshing. It’s the perfect place to stay near the airport. The icing on the cake was the French bulldog puppy, Ippo, because we really missed our Frenchie back home. There’s also a cute chihuahua named Milo to give you love."

"No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room.
Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side.
This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around.
Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. "

"I arrived and called the host multiple times and every time they say they will come in few minutes... I waited more than an hour and finally no one came. They just sent me the code to smart lock... I don't understand why they didn't send it from beginning!!
The taxi left me because she couldn't wait anymore so I had to drag my luggage up as the room was the last building up the hill!!
It almost ruined my whole trip in my last night but the Mariot restaurant next to them made my night a little...
