Completely renovated beautifully designed safari style living space with a stylish open plan kitchen and wonderful dining area for 6 to fit a big family or group of 6 friends with access to outdoor bbq terrace along with a sitting area for those willing to chat outdoors and guest bathroom (can easily be transformed into an en-suite bathroom for bedroom 3). The table can be used as a laptop workstation.
The Living area features quality lounge furniture, big curved Smart TV, DVD and music and has an access to a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Master bedroom is designed to let a lot of light in with king-size bed, multiple thoughtful details, quality designer furniture, walk-in mirror closet, a private oversized panoramic terrace with sun loungers overlooking the pond and beautiful garden, ensuite bathroom with a tailor-made outdoor marble bathtub, natural marble sink and designer lights.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, an outdoor terrace with a lazy lounge zone, en-suite bathroom including marble sink and rain-shower.

The bedroom 3 features a queen size bed, a sitting area with designer furniture overlooking a private garden, along with a massive walk-in closet, a dream outdoor bathtub with top-quality German appliances and shower zone.

The villa is perfect for 6 guests but can fit up to 7 adults. The price is for the whole house. No one will stay in the villa or have access to the villa during your stay.
The villa is fully-furnished (chairs, beds, dressers, tables) and includes all the appliances (big Smart TV, DVD-player in the living room, washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils (built-in full-size western style granite top kitchen set with a sink, gas cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, wine cellar, big brand new fridge, quality kitchen utensils and crockery etc.) as well as clean, fresh white and beach towels & linen, shampoo, soap and shower gel. Aircons and fans are installed in every room.

Guests have complete access to villa and private garden terraces and can visit common swimming pool in the villa complex for free

The house is situated in a quiet, not crowded and very green area, 3 min. drive (20 min walk) from one of the best beaches in Phuket Nai Yang and Sirinat National Park. 2 min drive to Phuket airport (planes do not bother), 10 min drive to the international school Pia Thanyapura, 10 min drive to Naithon Beach, 15 min drive from the supermarket Tesco Lotus Thalang. The house is in close proximity to Blue Canyon and Mission Hills golf clubs. 4 outlets of 7/11 stores (closest one in 7 min walk), mini-markets Tesco Lotus Express and Supercheap are a few minutes walk or drive from the house. There is a nice local market nearby where you can buy fresh seafood, veggies and fruits 4 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday). One more smaller market every Monday and Wednesday. A variety of Thai and European restaurants, massage shops, coffee shops, bakeries, clubs and shops are all within walking distance. Plenty of jungle/rain forest attractions (waterfalls, gibbons, cable ride, etc.) are inmin drive.

The house has a parking space outside.
You can catch buses and taxis to any corner of the Island from the Phuket International Airport, which isminutes walk from the house.
We recommend renting a private car for your best experience on the island. Let me know if you need a car. We can arrange 4-seater or 7-seater car brought to the doors of the villa.

Please mind that for bookings 10 nights and more electricity is not included in the price and will be charged by meter upon check out (5.5 baht per unit)
