"The room and facilities were quite good. The food was quite good. Breakfast buffet good. The dinner food was nice. Evening dining service was awful on the two occasions that I used it. I was served on each night by staff that seemed unhappy to be serving food. Night one was almost acceptable service. Night two was dreadful. "Breakfast means had great variety of foods ranging from scrambled eggs to Brie cheese or pastries. Room was very clean and perfect for our stay, included small fridge and a safe for valuables. Staff friendly, professional and speaking fluent English. The Hotel is by Piotrkowska St so shops, restaurants and places to walk around are right by the hotel. "

Não merece 4 estrelas enquanto não se fizerem necessárias obras de remodelação. Piscina não funcionava, um outro ponto negativo. Muito caro para a qualidade do serviço."
