"Great place to stay for early flight and easy access to ticket counter"

"Check in was a breeze. The hotel is older, but in the process of being revamped. Our room was very clean and quiet. My husband and I even mentioned how it seemed like we were the only ones there because it was so quiet. All of the staff were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. Plenty of selection. It was also being monitored by the staff so there was no items running out, etc. The hot tub was down during our stay, but we loved the pool. Again, it is older - but it was clean."

"Staff was very helpful. We arrived late, and the front desk clerk was delightful and very helpful."

"Room was clean and roomy. You could hear noises from Outside very easily. Plenty of towels. Conditioner bottle was empty. One thing that was an irk but not the facilities fault is the smoke detector started chirping about 130 in the morning. I’m sure we could have called the front desk and had it addressed but we didn’t."

"New and model hotel. Love the shower with glass door and that the desk has wheels that can be moved to other parts of the room. Breakfast was a little underwhelming though. The quality of the hot food (sausages/bacon and egg) was average at best."

"Room was 6 out of 10. Peep hole in door was missing so anyone could look inside our room. There was a property ownership change from the time I booked reservation to my check-in. They didn't have my reservation. Property internet was down so there was a delay in checking in but clerk went above and beyond to accommodate us. Double booked our room with another guest and they tried to enter our room. Front desk clerk apologize for her error which was due to the system being down."

"The beds are hard, if you like a hard bed. Made my hips super sore. The water makes the shower slippery. The breakfast is ok."

"I had a great stay overall—the room was very clean, and the modern bathroom was a standout. The bed was super comfortable, and you really can't beat the price. My only minor issues were that the TV stopped working during my stay and the Wi-Fi was quite slow, but otherwise, it was a solid experience."

"I am formally demanding a full refund for this stay due to the unacceptable and unsanitary conditions of this hotel room. Upon arrival, we found stains throughout the flooring, the televisions do not function properly, the room phone is inoperable, and the bathtub was so dirty that I had to purchase Clorox with my own money to disinfect it before anyone in my family could safely use it. No paying guest should ever have to clean a hotel bathroom to feel comfortable using it. These conditions...

"The entire staff was amazing! I’m talking motivational, hospitable, kind, accommodating, caring and just a ray of sunshine! Every one I encountered seemed to love their job and it showed! My room wasn’t “fresh” but I asked for some liquid air freshener and they brought it up very quickly. I went to eat and came back and I understood that the smells come from pet odors because there were several owners in the lobby with their pets and throughout the property.
