"We loved our stay here! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Please note that there is a decent size set of stairs to reach the door of the property. We did not know that in advance and have some members of our group with mobility difficulties. However, the house is all one level which was great. "

"So blessed to have been able to share our favorite place with our friends this last trip. My boyfriend and I came her for the 7th time, and we will continue to come back. We love the tiny red house but was honestly jealous this trip that our friends got to stay in the large tree house, might have to rent that next time we go. "This cabin is a wonderful experience that any couple should enjoy at least once. The calm serenity and private ambience led to the relaxation that myself and my wife desperately needed. "Absolutely love this house and the location. Visited with my wife, dog and parents. Complete relaxation. Used the kayaks most days and fished from the canoe and row boat. Sadly no fish were caught but I'm sure they enjoyed the supply of fresh worms! I'd highly recommend."

"Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You"
