"SOOOOOOOO MANY things I / we LOVED about the Property - Check In-Staff were extremely friendly and process was easy Room-Had everything you could want and very clean and, replenished daily Amenities-Was straight across from a Shopping Centre that had a Food Court, Coles, Aldis, etc Laundry-Was a big room with x4 washing machines/dryers, folding bench and iron. Also had a full kitchen, massive lounge, massive tv. I highly recommend this facility (and did for another family member who came to...

"Fairly dirty room. A si gel sheet covered the mattress and it was an old hard mattress. The door to the outside area was only secured with a flimsy slide bolt that seemed to be made from aluminium. "The Royal Hotel is a convenient place to stay. The room is adequate but the Aircon didn’t work and the the shared bathrooms need an upgrade and clean. There are some opportunities for improvement."

There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived and when I was leaving I looked under the bed and it was filthy... In the end they charged me for a scale that was returned"
