"Our 12 year old grandson ran upstairs and claimed "his baseball bedroom" within a minute of arriving! He told all his teammates about the house and "his room" .. they were quite envious when they heard about it! We are so glad we were able to join his family for this fun time and found your home to stay in. Michelle had the whole house stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again when in the neighborhood!"

"We chose to stay here for a baseball tournament since Marion does not have many hotel choices. It was close to the fields and when our schedule changed the host was able to help us change dates. We will definitely be back. "

"Cute and Cozy! The property had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property owners was great. Clear expectations for check-out. Clear directions on literally everything to do with the property. If we are ever in Dyersville for another Field of Dreams Tournament, this will be the only property we would want to stay at. "Over all cleanliness was great. Beautiful home! It did have that old home smell. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. Kitchen had all the amenities. Great location in town. Easy to find. "

"It was the perfect place to bring our big family! There was plenty of space inside and so much outdoor space for the kids to play! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch, so peaceful!"

"The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped (TV, bedding, bathroom, utensils, etc.). The instructions were clear and well thought out. The location is great. It is within 1 - 2 blocks of restaurants, the Basilica and the Field of Dreams Museum. The condo was also very quiet. "

"Stayed at this property with multiple families during a baseball tournament. It was the perfect location- close to baseball fields and grocery stores. The house had plenty of room inside and out and we enjoyed the shop full of games and extra living space for our teens. There is a park right next door where we were able to watch fireworks on the 4th of July and nice trails for walking. We also enjoyed the fire pit and watching the deer on the back of the property. "We had a wonderful stay at Clubhouse 63! The property matched the description and photos perfectly. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. "Fiquei hospedada por dois períodos num total de 8 dias em maio/25 com minha família. Ficamos em 2 tipos de quartos: 1 bem pequeno para 4 pessoas com malas, mas com camas muito boas, outro com tamanho adequado para 4 pessoas, porém com sofá cama horrível, o colchão precisa ser trocado pois quem dormiu nele ficou com dor no corpo (marido e filha de 14 anos). No restante o hotel tem café da manhã simples e gostoso e é calmo, desde que não fique em quarto perto do elevador. "
