"This farm house is beautiful and very roomy. Kitchen is amazing! They have various appliances that we appreciated very much. Yard was big enough for the kids to hang out in during the evenings, even had corn hole boards. Upstairs has its own thermostat and air conditioning. No tv's in any of the bedrooms so if you have tablets or something I would recommend bringing them. Doug got back ahold of us very quickly, and the maintenance man helped us with an issue as well. "We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The house and property were as beautiful as the pictures suggest. We had a group of 10 and everyone slept comfortably. There was also plenty of extra bedding and bath towels to use, which was really helpful with a group our size. The property is located in a great area of the lake — there was not any heavy boat traffic, so it was perfect for playing in the lake and fishing. "Home had a comfortable, cute vibe. Really appreciated how clean it was. Nice details added comfort or convenience. Beds add extra pillows. Extra soft cozy blankets in the closet. Beds were comfortable, not overly soft or hard. Desk in kitchen made it easy to work. Host was responsive and helpful. We would return if in the area again. "

"Check in was a breeze. The fact that you can have a boat delivered to the property floored me. It was hassle free. Our mini vacation before school starting back was amazing, and I attribute it to the location of the house, the amenities provided with the house, and the fact that we could enjoy the lake. The hot tub was so enjoyable. We had two wonderful days on the lake and would definitely stay at 106 Summer Breeze again. "
