essential amenities such as induction hob, sink, mini fridge, and
coffee maker.
On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, with a shower room inside one of them.

Seculari overlooks a pretty little square in the historic center of
Rutigliano, a town in southeastern Bari that falls within the "cities of
art" and is worth visiting, with its narrow streets, alleys, churches,
museums and artisan workshops.
The location is convenient for
exploring other beautiful Apulian tourist centers in the area, such as
Mola di Bari only 11 km away, Polignano a Mare about 20 km away,
Monopoli only 30 km away, as well as the beautiful historic center of
Bari about 20 km away.

(from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). 


- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.

- Winter heating, MANDATORY price: euro 5 per day.
