An idyllic setting of peace and tranquility .5 mins walk to the square with lively pubs , restaurants and shops.Supermarkets are close by and larger towns and mountains or beaches are all accessible in under an hour .This is the perfect place to explore all that North Wales has to reveal as adventurous or relaxing as you choose! We allow well behaved pets ,great dog walks near by

The space
The balcony overlooks the park lake which is supplied by the river clwyd ..this is a peaceful setting to be as one with nature see the swans and ducks come for food ...kids will love this ...just installed!...a 3 person HOT TUB let the kids enjoy while you relax [they must be supervised] .. then when they have gone to bed . THE HOT TUB is yours !

The apartment is self contained with all you need ..a galley kitchen and 2 seperate shower and bathroom . .the studio arrangement allows the large tv to be seen from the double bed ...there is a seperate tv in the 2nd bedroom which sleeps 3 in a bunk and single arrangement

Other things to note
All Bedding and towels are supplied, Hot water, Gas central heating is also included , also Wifi and free parking , We do however respectfully ask you pay for the electricity that is used [not everyone requires the hot tub,and recently some guests have been charging their cars] so we believe its a fair system .the average price for a 3 night break is Ā£5- Ā£12 depending on season etc [details on arrival ] but its a simple meter reading and then leave cash for what you have used.

An amazing stay, very relaxing. Well equipped property and average monies for electric was spot on even using hot tub all over Easter weekend. Gary was a superb host. Will definitely be back.

Chill time with a view

Relaxing view from the balcony overlooking the water and park, sitting in a swinging chair. Property was as described by owner. The owner messaged before arriving for stay, to say there was an issue with hot tub, and he was arranging someone to look at it. He was very apologetic about this and it was repaired the following morning, and all ready to use later on in the day. As I have some mobility issues I needed to be careful getting into the tub but was sooo worth it once I did. I have recommended to a few friends this place as they accept dogs.

October Break

Had a fabulous stay. Accommodation was ideal with lots to do locally. Hot tub was a lovely added bonus, and we all enjoyed looking at the ducks and swans. Great host who explained everything clearly. Thank you.

Lovely apartment with everything you could need, very clean. Owner friendly and helpful. Outside space and hot tub was a real bonus , so nice to sit out overlooking the park. Local town great to explore . Great base to explore this area. Would definitely love to retun.

Absolutely wonderful, very relaxing

We had a fabulous stay at the Cottage. Communication with Gary the host was 1st class. The cottage was very clean and it had everything you could think of. It really is a beautiful tranquil place to stay, the hot tub is an added bonus. The town of Ruthin is a lovely interesting place, with a nice town park and you can enjoy a river walk or for more adventurous head to the local hills. Loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Loved our weekend, the accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed with the added luxury of a hot tub overlooking the beautiful park. Fabulous cottage

Everything about the cottage was delightful. It was tranquil and even when it rained the undercover veranda and hot tub was magical (especially in the dark under the fairy lights). Very clean, fresh soft towels and comfy bed. A short walk to the park, so the dog was happy as well! And Gary was a great host, thank you.

Excellent !

Everything from start to end was spot on, Gary very helpful, even after we checked out when our car window wouldn't go up. Great position, lovely little village with everything you'd need. Hot tub was great. Arrived Friday evening, left Monday morning and the electric was only Ā£10 and that included the hot tub kept nice and hot for the duration of our stay. 10/10 from us!

The property has a great location and was very easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was amazing with a great view of the river and park. The main bed could do with some WD40 but was manageable :) Cheers
