    “Cozy Carolina Cabin: Cozy Log Cabin in Rutherfordton, NC” Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Cozy Carolina Cabin offers a tranquil escape within easy reach of the Tryon Equestrian Center, scenic waterfalls, Lake Lure, and vibrant cities like Charlotte and Greenville. Let’s explore the details:  Log-Cabin Charm: The exterior exudes classic log-cabin style, complete with a wide front porch adorned with rocking chairs and a swing. A securely fenced front yard invites you to enjoy the expansive outdoor space throughout the Carolina seasons. After a long day, gather around the nicely landscaped outdoor fire pit and create S’mores memories from Adirondack chairs.  Fireside Comforts: Sink into luxurious leather sofas or love seats in front of the gas log fireplace. The living room boasts a flat-screen TV with DISH TV, as do both bedrooms.  Bedroom Bliss: Master Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath. Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and another flat-screen TV. Beautiful and clean Cabin!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. This cabin was just perfect for our vacation. This cabin is very nice, quiet, well equipped and has plenty of privacy. We will definitely stay here again!

Holiday Get Away

This property was available for a last minute weekend getaway. It was our first time using VRBO and it did not disappoint. The cabin was very cozy and our children and dog enjoyed the property. Everything was easily accessible. We are looking forward to returning here for future vacations.

Amazing Cabin

We had an amazing stay!! Great space for our entire family! The boys loved the loft area. My family had so much fun playing with games, cards, books and corn hole boards! We will definitely be back!!

What a wonderful cabin!

Well kept cabin. Great yard. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas for us. The property management company was prompt with questions by email. I would definitely recommend!

Love it!

Such a beautiful cabin. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. Clean, peaceful and accommodating. My dog enjoyed playing outside in the fenced front yard. Not too far from Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Very niece Vineyards near by. We will definitely be back!!

memorable time on the porch

Including our four-legged family members is very important to us. Having the front yard fenced in wasn’t just great for our dogs but being able to have our morning coffee on the front porch and watch them enjoy the smells and sights (our lab did catch sight of a deer) was a simple pleasure. The layout of the cabin works really well. One oversight – we were not forwarded the gate and door codes in advance, but when we asked, the Welcome Letter with codes was provided promptly. Not only would we recommend this cabin to others, we need to be in the area again within the next 2 months and we hope it is available for us to rent again.

Quick trip to N.C.

Very cute cottage in an excellent location. Gated community with homes nicely spread apart. From pictures thought it would be a bit bigger, but we didnt really need any additional space. The home is not set up for someone on a walker. The furniture is too close together in areas making it unpassable for a walker and the toilet is too low for the older population. The only other issue was trouble gettinf into the home. The lock did not consistently work and it took half an hour in the rain to get the door open. However, the owners did send someone over the following day to fix the lock. Overall i would stay therr again.

Cozy indeed

We had a bit of a hiccup with checking in as the cleaning crew hadn’t made the beds but the property manager was appropriately concerned and prompt with fixing the problem. When we came back from dinner, the problem had been fixed. My husband and I, 4 kids, and 2 dogs stayed and we all enjoyed it very much. The younger kids loved the loft. We found the master bed very comfortable. The fenced front yard was helpful for our dogs. Unfortunately our first full day it poured so we didn’t get to enjoy the front deck like we would have wanted to. The cabin was cozy enough that I easily could of stayed in all day reading, playing games, and watching TV if we didn’t have other plans. Honestly, we’ve been coming to the area every Easter for the last decade and this is the first place that we enjoyed enough to want to go back 😊.

Excellent clean cabin. Needs more plates though.

Loved the cabin. It was cozy, comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. Plenty of linens and towels. The showers had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Very clean and adequate countertop space in the bathrooms. We really did enjoy our stay there and we would go back. Only suggestion is that you should increase the number of dinner plates, small plates. and cutleries. We were two couples at the cabin. Even then we had barely enough plates for two meals, and even that with carefully planned use. If there are six people in the cabin, then they will have to wash the plates after every meal just to have enough for the next meal. It should not be that way. By and large all the places we have stayed, had enough plates to serve at least four meals. And we would just keep on loading the dishwasher after every meal and turn it on after the fourth meal. But in this cabin we had to turn on the dishwasher just after two meals, even though the dishwasher was nowhere near full, just to have enough clean plates for the next meal. The number of cutleries should also be increased.

Cozy cabin

Enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cabin. Very nice cabin. Not too far from Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Whole family enjoyed our vacation even the four legged ones. Would definitely stay again

Lovely cabin

My family stayed at the cabin for over a week in June. It was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Close to beautiful and interesting nearby places like Lake Lure, Hendersonville, and the Blue Ridge and it’s many picturesque towns. Only one issue—the coffee maker didn’t work so we replaced it. Great place!

Comfy and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay so much and the location was perfect for us. The cabin was located in a great neighborhood and provided all of the comforts of home. The kitchen supplied all of the accessories needed to cook meals. There was a variety games to be enjoyed with family. The beds provided a great nights' sleep with comfy quilts and pillows. We would definitely book a reservation at the cozy cabin again!

Exactly what we were looking for

This place is everything it promised to be ... so cozy! I was close to family who live in the area. It's also close to Rutherfordton which is so charming and all light up for the holidays. We loved the fenced in yard for the dog. We enjoyed the porch swing, rockers and ring toss on the warmer evenings and the cozy living room with the fireplace on the cooler evenings. We'll definitely be back.

Loved it!

We loved our stay at this cabin. We were looking for a peaceful getaway and this did not disappoint. The location is quiet and private. The cabin was super clean and very quaint. Beds were comfortable and everything worked great. We would definitely recommend this cabin and will return.

Best mountain rental yet!

I don’t know how I waited so long to leave this review but I was just checking back for available weekends for this fall and I’ve been remiss! This was our favorite mountain rental so far. While the property itself doesn’t have “a view”- the cleanliness, comfort, quaintness and pet accessibility tipped the scales for us. Well located to enjoy Lake Lure and Chimney Rock- if I wanted to invest in a mountain home I would be using this property as my comparison. Can’t wait to go again!

The cabin was just as advertised. Then even more equip than expected. Our family enjoyed the boardgames available! The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and ready for cooking. Loved the community. All around great cabin and location!
