"We booked this hotel because of the swimming pool. We enjoy an evening swim, but upon check in were informed it was being worked on. Very disappointing. If one of your major amenities isn’t in working order a discount should be considered."

"Our rooms had a musty smell even with the AC running the whole time. There was no soap dispenser at our bathroom sink, asked for one and it was corrected immediately. Bathrooms were small, and the vanity had little room for toiletries, but a shelving unit above the toilet did help. Breakfast was limited-no fruit, no eggs, no meat, we had to ask for cereal to be filled on the 1st day and the second day there wasn't any at all. The refrigerator with the juice was not cold enough. They did provide...

"The entire staff was very polite and kind. Our room wasn't very well equipped, but it was very clean. The tissue box was completely empty (not like it had a few tissues left...so it should not have been missed). We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, and body wash - just for a 2 day stay."
