"This comfortable apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy (<2 blocks) access to both the waterfront and the tram line to Zurich HBF (15-minute tram ride). We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"A very well-equipped apartment located in the heart of the city. The staff was also excellent, especially the daily cleaning. I would certainly stay here again."

"Good for the price"

"The apartment was ideally located for a conference at ETH Zurich. The area was quiet, the apartment was spacious. The host was attentive and the checkin process was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit."

During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....
