When we checked in the 2nd time, first time room was not ready, was told they had a broken water pipe so did not have water for a few hours. around midnight some one was gunning their car to make it back fire and then around 2:15 AM some men decided to chat in the hall way till around 3AM. So did not have a very restful sleep "

"The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! "The staff was so kind and the room was very clean and orderly. We also loved the breakfast! However, upon arrival, the front desk staff gave us very clear rules about not smoking on the property (which we don’t smoke, so we were fine with) However, when we got to our room, it clearly smelled of cigarette smoke. Can't even take a bath because the hallways flood found a adult toy in my drawer wouldn't even let me stay an extra 10 minutes after checkout time to wait on my ride, an absolute overall awful stay. "We had a beautiful stay in one of the cottages. The large jetted tub was wonderful! And, the beds and linens were super comfy. The cottage was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Very nice stay! "
