- NOTE: This home has implemented a multi-stage water filtration and purification system in the house to remove sulfur, iron and other trace minerals from the well water. In addition, softeners have been added as well to help bring the well water to comparable city water levels & the water is free of any smells and is drinkable purity
- NOTE: Please note that this historic property and its 170 years in existence might have a few quirks not present in most modern newly built homes. For this reason, there are on-ground caretakers to tend to anything that might require attention. The caretakers (Mario & Rosa) live in a separate building on-site. They may be present during your stay, but they try to be out of sight while guests are in residence to maintain privacy and optimal guest experiences
