On the main level: 1st Bedroom with a California King-size bed, a 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed, and full bathroom #1 with Jacuzzi bathtub #1, new, genuine Hickory hardwood floors with brand-new furniture, and Knotty Alder wood cabinets in the kitchen. Upstairs from the main floor find Bedroom #3 with a California King-size bed and plush carpet, Full Bathroom #2 with Jacuzzi Tub #2, and a loft overlooking the living room and beautiful valley views through majestic pine and oak trees.

From the main floor heading downstairs enjoy Bedroom #4 with a full bed, and Bathroom #3, a half bath, and a game room with bunk beds (a twin bed and a queen.)

The hosts have thoughtfully tried to provide every amenity that will make your stay the most enjoyable including a full set of cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishware, spices, and a basic pantry.

This home is super easy to get to, even during the snow season, with no long, narrow, steep, dangerous roads to travel. This home is an easy drive, only several homes away from Highway 18, and is normally one of the first streets plowed after snowfall.

Only a 1-minute walk to LuluBelle's Coffee House and Bakery. Let your family and friends sleep in and surprise them with amazing coffee, bakery, and breakfast items when they wake up!

Only 1-minute drive to the village of Running Springs with a full grocery store and fresh-cut meat department. Or take a 2-minute walk to the Village Market on Hwy 18.

Parking in the driveway is level with the street, and level with the front door, with only one step. Central heat and cooling with smart thermostat. Smart TV's in every bedroom and strong, fast Wi-Fi. No EV charging on the property, but there is a charger only a 10-second drive away at LuluBelle's Coffee House and Bakery. Lots of room for kids to play on the property.

If you have someone with a wheelchair, and need a ramp up the one step to the main floor, let us know prior to booking, and we'll confirm that a ramp will be provided.

We are happy to inform you that although we only charge you $45 for the cleaning, we actually are paying $285 per stay for cleaning because we use the best cleaning service on the mountain comprising three professional cleaners who use the highest enhanced cleaning standards available, sanitizing every touched surface in the home, so you know you are staying in the cleanest home on the mountain.
