"Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay!"

"It was easy to get in the room with an access code. No need to worry about a key or key card. The room itself was clean and all necessary remotes and items were easy to find, however the windows were really dirty, so we kept the blinds closed. "It was a place to stay. Wouldn’t advise using this place unless you take pictures of everything when you get there and when you leave. We were accused of taking 2 luggage stands and breaking a lock. We used them and left them there. We didn’t have room in our car to take them since we had 6 people and luggage to the top. Really. As for the lock. We didn’t even see one. We were there for a funeral and only slept there at night. No parties and didn’t even go out the back. Good luck with future...

There is a common living area with a couch, sink, and kitchenette that also has a bed in it. This would have been nice to know as my group was expecting two separate bedrooms. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions and had to send multiple messages and call after my check-in time to figure out how to check in. "
