"Wie war er ? Kurz gesagt Fantastisch!!!!!!! Die Ferienwohnung war super für uns. Anreise war für uns schon 09:00 Wir konnten schon etwas eher in die Ferienwohnung. Gegen 12:00 oder 13 :00 Uhr. Meine Frau hat sich sofort entspannt wegen dem genialen Blick auf das Meer. PS. Das Bild ist kein Fake. ;) Kinder konnten im Pool schwimmen Ich konnte auch runter zum Strand. Abenteuerlicher Abstieg und Aufstieg zum Strand. Die Aussicht auf dem Strand ist es aber Wert. Gruß Familie Höer"

"Einfach herrlich! Es lief alles problemlos, von der Buchung, über den Check in; vor Ort ist alles in top Zustand; alles sauber, einfach perfekt ausgestattet; die Küche sowie das Haus an sich. Die Mückennetze vor allen Fenstern und Türen sind Gold wert; der Pool ist erfrischend, wir haben absolut gar nichts zu meckern. Die Zuwegung ist schon jedes Mal eine kleine Herausforderung; 5km durch ein gefühltes Nirgendwo; aber dafür wird man mit diesem grandiosen Ausblick und einer ruhigen Umgebung...

"Wir waren 11 Tage in dem großartigen Ferienhaus von sehr sehr netten Vermietern, die ein Haus weiter wohnen. Das Haus war bei Abreise sehr sauber und mit dem notwendigen für den ersten Tag ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung gab es regionale Spezialitäten serviert, wie in einem tollen Restaurant. Noch nie so nette und fürsorgliche Vermieter gehabt, 1.Der Ausblick, der Pool, das Haus und die vielen Sitzecken sind grandios.In 15 min kann man einen einsamen Strand (grandios) und in 10 Min den Strand unten...

"Ideal für große Familien oder Kleingruppen - durch die Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad eine hohe Privatsphäre. Der Pool bietet ganztägigen Sonnenanbetern alles was sie brauchen. Die Ausstattung des Objektes ist grossartig. Der Eigentümer wohnt in Rijeka und ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an den schönen Stränden von Opatja - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe - frische Brötchen gibt’s direkt in Matulji - herrlich."

"Foi razoável. Fomos bem atendidos, foi servido um bom café da manhã, a localização é boa, porém, o quarto 411 no bloco II está em condições muito ruins. Banheiro super antigo e sem manutenção, ducha de banho despenca a todo momento, vaso sanitário antigo e nada funcional, piso do quarto com parkets de madeira bem antigos, com alguns soltos e cheios de frestas.O armário está solto e por pouco não causou um acidente, quando minha esposa foi guardar as roupas e ele quase despencou. O estacionamento coberto tem muitas telhas quebradas e algumas soltas, podendo danificar seu veículo. Enfim, a propriedade precisa de reformas urgentes."
